Phu Yen newspaper briefly recorded some opinions around this issue.

The national DT program to 2025, with a vision to 2030, has three main contents: digital government, digital economy, and digital society. In which, the goal is to transform traditional businesses into digital ones, accelerate the DT of businesses based on digital platforms; digital government transforms the way to serve people and businesses...

In order for the DT to soon be put into practice, the authorities at district and commune levels need to step in soon with many solutions to promote information and propaganda about the DT; implement the DT associated with practical daily benefits of people and businesses; help the government apparatus to serve people and businesses better. From there, putting the DT in the grassroots level into reality.

The province's digital infrastructure is currently at a relatively low level with 100% of the commune People's Committee having a dedicated data transmission connection; more than 62.4% of the adult population has a smartphone; 76% of households have a broadband connection… With these stepping stones, along with the companionship of the government, people and businesses in implementing the DT, it can be believed that the province's DT rank will soon be ranked in the average group in the country and the DT at the district and commune levels will have a lot of prosperity.

Currently, the DT in the state administrative agencies of the district have achieved many important results. As of October 2022, Tay Hoa District People's Committee has handled nearly 98% of the dossiers on time. Most businesses, business households and cooperatives have made non-cash payments. Most local people use smartphones…

However, digital technology activities have not been widely applied, the training of the Dt in businesses, business households has not gone into depth... These are the limitations in the current DT in the locality.

To overcome these limitations, the locality identified people and businesses as the center of the implementation of the DT. Therefore, the district will strengthen propaganda in many forms to raise awareness about the DT for businesses and people.

At the same time, the government will also act as a bridge connecting service providers to bring technology solutions to support community promotion for the authorities, businesses and people in the area. The locality will also strengthen community digital technology groups because this will be the core force in guiding and promoting people to participate in the DT.

Digital technology has opened up business opportunities and potential large markets for manufacturers. If we promptly grasp and adapt, the chances of success are great. We hope the government will speed up the DT, meet the needs of using digital technology of local people and businesses.
