Right from the beginning of November 2022, schools in the province have built plans and launched a series of exciting emulation activities to celebrate Vietnamese Teachers' Day. Recently, Luong Van Chanh High School for the Gifted held a contest to decorate the decoration of gratitude cards with the theme of 40 years of Vietnamese Teachers' Day for students of 27 classes in the school. Each contestant class makes a card using materials provided by the organizers. Each work has a wish that carries a meaningful message about their beloved school,s their teachers. Nguyen Xuan Dai, grade 11 Chemistry, shared, “Participating in this contest, my class drew a picture with the theme Memoirs. In it, we draw our teachers, the teacher's desk during the teaching process in the classroom to save the memories of the 3 years of high school."
According to Mr. Huynh Tan Chau, Principal of Luong Van Chanh High School for the Gifted, towards the celebration of Vietnamese Teachers' Day, in early November, the school plans to organize a series of activities such as: Deploying the construction of a green, clean, beautiful, safe school; organizing extracurricular activities English club; Math club in the form of "learning to play, playing to learn"; good teachers teaching association; Green Sunday and awarded 43 Luong Van Chanh talent development scholarships. "On November 19, the school will celebrate the 40th anniversary of Vietnamese Teachers' Day and invite all officials, teachers and employees of the school from generations to attend to show their gratitude...", Mr. Huynh Tan Chau informed.
Many schools have been organizing many practical activities towards November 20, creating a more exciting competition atmosphere these days. Mr. Pham Van Tin, Vice Principal of Duy Tan High School, shared, “The school has many levels, so it organizes activities suitable for each grade level. For grade 1, the school organizes poetry reading for children, grade 2 organizes singing and dancing with the theme of teachers and school roofs, grades 3 and 4 have a card making contest, and grade 5 has a board decoration contest. Middle school classes compete in art and flower arrangement. High school students held a seminar with the topic "The first lesson...".
All schools organize activities to celebrate Vietnamese Teachers' Day, in order to help students remember the principle of "respecting teachers and respecting religion", educating students to respect and be grateful to teachers. Departments of Education and Training of districts, towns and cities organize many activities and competitions for teachers. To show gratitude to the teachers who are teaching at 36 schools in the area, over the past few days, the Education Department of Dong Hoa town has organized a series of activities to celebrate November 20 with many contents such as: Organizing a women's volleyball tournament, flower arrangement contest, art contest... make the atmosphere of these days warm.er
In Tuy Hoa city, activities to celebrate Vietnamese Teachers' Day have also been implemented since early November 2022. According to the Head of the Department of Education and Training of Tuy Hoa city, Mr. Nguyen Ho Bao Khoi, the department has implemented many activities for schools to integrate and launch the emulation movement "good teaching, good learning"; physical education, sports and arts activities with the theme of teachers. “In which, the city Department of Education and Training focuses on organizing a contest for excellent classroom teachers and good teachers from preschool to middle school. In addition, the department advised Tuy Hoa city People's Committee to organize a meeting and gratitude to teachers who have been teaching, senior teachers, and excellent teachers on the morning of November 18.
