Comrade Pham Dai Duong acknowledged and commended the Provincial Youth Union's achievements and movements in the past; he also stated that those achievements have significantly contributed to the successful implementation of the locality's socio-eco goals, which are highly valued by Party committees, authorities, and people at all levels.

The Provincial Party Committee Secretary hoped that the province's youth would continue to play a role in speeding up the IT use, digital transformation, and assisting people in accessing electronic identity accounts in the coming years. With the spirit that each cadre and member of Youth Union is a tourism ambassador, the  Provincial Party Committee Secretary wishes the Youth Union to to increase cooperation with all levels and branches in order to concretize the Resolution of the 17^th Provincial Party Congress, term 2020-2025, putting tourism to the forefront of economic sectors by 2030. Comrade Pham Dai Duong also wished that provincial union branch delegates would enhance the promotion of people working together to construct a civilized, green, clean, and attractive metropolitan region.

Reviewing some common activities during the province's recent business trip in Japan, the Provincial Party Secretary suggested that that the Youth Union at all levels should focus on national governance, social governance, social order foundation, and human consciousness in social operation in the coming years. The Provincial Party Committee Secretary wished that the Youth Union officials and members would continue to promote the exemplary spirit, maintain the solidarity of the Youth Union organization, build a team of union staff with great ambitions, pioneer in the IT application, and keep up with the trend of the 4.0 era, giving prominence to their initiative, creativity, and high determination in implementing their tasks.
