Dien Ban town (Quang Nam province) takes advantage of the water surface of the city’s rivers and the sea to exploit and develop tourism. According to Tuy Hoa City People's Committee, Duc Pho town has attracted 18 projects in industrial clusters with a total investment of more than VND 2,670 billion; 3 residential areas have been completed; 9 residential areas and urban areas have received investment decisions. Dien Ban town, which has nearly 100km of river and more than 7km of coastline, has exploited river branches with large water surfaces such as Co Co river, Thu Bon river, Vinh Dien river by creating isolated tree lines as a characteristic image for the city. At the same time, it takes advantage of the sea directions to form beautiful beaches for tourism development. Quy Nhon city creates highlights for the coastal landscape architecture space with famous high-rise buildings such as FLC SeaTower Quy Nhon Hotel Complex, TMS Luxury Hotel Quy Nhon Beach, Anya Premier, The Sailing Tower, etc.
Mr Cao Dinh Huy, Chairman of Tuy Hoa City People's Committee said: Tuy Hoa city, in addition to the long and beautiful coastline, also has Da Rang River. The river and sea area is planned in the direction of limiting high-rise buildings, increasing connection with nature, creating entertainment and ecological resort spaces for tourists and residents. High-rise buildings such as Rosa Alba, Long Beach, Sala, Kaya, etc. are distributed appropriately with green spaces in the urban area.
Dong Hoa town is the southern gateway of the province, conveniently connecting with Van Phong Economic Zone (Khanh Hoa province). Song Cau town is the northern gateway easily connecting with Phu Tai Industrial Park, Nhon Hoi Economic Zone of Binh Dinh province. According to the People's Committee of Song Cau town, located at the northern gateway of Phu Yen province, bordering Binh Dinh province, Song Cau town has the advantage of foreign relations for urban development. In that context, Song Cau town can form a variety of dynamic functions in both width and depth thanks to its border with Binh Dinh province. Song Cau town is built with 4 images including a coastal urban area, a dynamic urban area, a tourism - service urban area, an ecological and humanistic urban area; continue to build Xuan Dai bay into a national tourism area; promote major tourism projects such as Tu Nham Beach High-class Resort, Bai Nom Beach Eco-tourism Area, Bai Om Beach Eco-tourism Area, etc. The locality gradually invests in infrastructure and builds solutions to improve the quality of activities in marine spaces and tourist destinations including Hoa An, Hoa Loi (Xuan Canh commune); Vinh Hoa, Tu Nham (Xuan Thinh commune); Dao Tri tomb and temple (Xuan Dai commune); Cu Mong lagoon embankment, etc.
The three provinces of Binh Dinh, Phu Yen, Khanh Hoa are located on the North-South trans-Vietnam tourism route connected to National Highway 1.
