In the 2024 provincial Reading Culture Ambassador contest, numerous groups and individuals won high prizes. In the national contest, contestant Pham Gia Bao, a student of class 11A1 at Le Hong Phong High School (Tay Hoa district) won the consolation prize; Le Bao Toan, a former student of Luong Van Chanh High School for the Gifted (Tuy Hoa city), a student at the Political Officer School (Ministry of National Defense), won the title of Outstanding Reading Culture Ambassador.

In the context of global tourism moving towards sustainability, the development of community-based tourism has emerged as a trend. Recently, the United Nations World Tourism Organization recognized Tra Que Vegetable Village in Quang Nam as Vietnam's sole representative to receive the award "Best Tourism Villages in the World 2024". Previously, in 2022 and 2023, this honor was bestowed upon Thai Hai village (Thai Nguyen) and Tan Hoa village (Quang Binh).

Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Ms Nguyen Thi Hong Thai has just announced that Phu Yen province will organize a ceremony to receive the Certificate of ranking of the Ho Chi Minh Trail at sea as a Special National Relic on November 28, at the 60th anniversary of Vũng Rô Wharf receiving the first shipment of the No-number ships (November 28, 1964 - November 28, 2024).
