In celebration of the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of Phu Yen Province (April 1, 1975 – April 1, 2025) and the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 – April 30, 2025), Comrade Cao Thi Hoa An, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council, recently visited and presented gifts to several Vietnamese Heroic Mothers and families of People's Armed Forces Heroes in Tuy Hoa City and Phu Hoa District.

Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Cao Thi Hoa An, along with the delegation, visited and presented gifts to Vietnamese Heroic Mothers in Tuy Hoa City, including Nguyen Thi Nhoi (born in 1928, Ward 9), Le Thi Lan (born in 1930, Ward 2), Do Thi Phuong (born in 1930, Ward 5), and Luong Thi Phuong (born in 1930, Phu Thanh Ward). The delegation also visited Vietnamese Heroic Mothers in Phu Hoa District, including Nguyen Thi No (born in 1938, Hoa Tri Commune), Le Thi Tra (born in 1929, Hoa Quang Nam Commune), and Nguyen Thi Nam (born in 1929, Hoa Quang Bac Commune). Furthermore, the delegation visited the home of People's Armed Forces Hero Dang Phi Thuong (Ward 7, Tuy Hoa City).
At the places visited, Comrade Cao Thi Hoa An expressed deep gratitude for the immense contributions and sacrifices of the Heroic Vietnamese Mothers in the struggle for national independence, reunification, homeland defense, and development. The Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee emphasized that, upholding the tradition of "When drinking water, remember its source" and "When eating fruit, remember who planted the tree," the Party, State, and people always cherish and honor the noble sacrifices of the heroic martyrs and the immense devotion of the Heroic Vietnamese Mothers, who gave their beloved children to the nation.
Warmly inquiring about the health of the Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, Comrade Cao Thi Hoa An wished them good health and happiness, encouraging them to continue being a source of support for their families. She also expressed her hope that the Mothers' relatives would uphold their families’ revolutionary traditions and contribute to building a more prosperous and civilized homeland.
Comrade Cao Thi Hoa An urged local Party committees, authorities, and relevant units to continue effectively carrying out the “Gratitude” initiative with a strong sense of responsibility, deep respect, and profound appreciation. She also emphasized the importance of effectively implementing policies and support programs for war invalids, sick soldiers, martyrs' families, and those who have contributed to the revolutionary cause.
