The 1910 Inspection Team of the Politburo, led by Politburo Member and National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man, Head of the Inspection Team, held a working session with the Standing Committee of Phu Yen Provincial Party Committee to announce a draft report on inspection results to the Standing Committee of Phu Yen Provincial Party Committee.

Addressing the beginning of the meeting, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man commended the close collaboration between the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the 1910 Inspection Team in carrying out the inspection in accordance with the directives of the Politburo and the Secretariat. Through the inspection process, the inspection team has drafted a concluding report and is continuing to complete it to submit to the Politburo and the Secretariat.
National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man also informed and emphasized to the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee some key tasks being implemented today, particularly the policy on provincial mergers, stopping operations of districts, merging communes and wards; the goal of achieving GDP growth of at least 8% by 2025, laying the foundation for sustained double-digit growth in the coming period. Next, Deputy Head of the 1910 Inspection Team Doan Anh Dung presented a summary of the team's draft conclusion. Accordingly, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee has demonstrated strong leadership and direction in implementing resolutions, directives, and conclusions from the Central Committee with a sense of seriousness and urgency, in which it has placed significant emphasis on propaganda, ideological guidance, and public opinion shaping, fostering heightened awareness, proactive action, and broad consensus among cadres, party members, civil servants, officials, and the general public.
The leadership and direction of streamlining the organizational structure of the political system have been implemented with urgency, in alignment with the directives of the Politburo. To date, the key tasks and objectives have been largely achieved. Additionally, preparations for the Party Congress at all levels for the 2025-2030 tenure are progressing in accordance with the prescribed content and timeline set by the Central Committee.
The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee led, directed, and organized the implementation of Conclusion 123-KL/TW, dated January 24, 2025, of the Party Central Committee on the Additional Scheme on socio-eco development in 2025 with the goal of a growth of 8% or more to ensure seriousness and timeliness; institutionalized documents on growth policies were issued urgently, taking industry - construction and tourism as a driving force for growth in accordance with local practical conditions and feasibility.
The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee promptly implemented the Central Resolution on breakthroughs in scientific and technological development, innovation, and national digital transformation, identifying this as the main driving force for the province's socio-eco development in the following years.
Concluding the meeting, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man commended Phu Yen Province for its efforts in implementing the four resolutions, directives, and conclusions of the Central Committee. At the same time, he highlighted certain limitations and urged the Provincial Party Standing Committee to further analyze the underlying causes and devise effective solutions for future improvement. National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man urged the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to provide strong leadership in guiding all levels and sectors to effectively conduct public outreach and ensure ideological stability among cadres, Party members, and the general public regarding the restructuring of the political system. Through this arrangement, it is necessary to purify and select people with talents, enough heart, and enough range to arrange. Party cadres and members must uphold a pioneering spirit, set an exemplary standard, demonstrate strategic vision, and exhibit decisiveness and determination in fulfilling their duties.
National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man suggested that the province needs to be deeply aware of the preparation of personnel for the congress not only for the upcoming term but for future terms as well. Phu Yen needs to promote the revolutionary tradition, capitalize on its local advantages, and maintain strong determination in achieving its socio-economic development goals, contributing to the completion of the goal of the 13th Party Resolution.
