Solemnly laying a wreath in tribute to the heroic martyrs 

In commemoration of the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975-April 30, 2025), on the morning of April 28, the Provincial Party Committee, the People's Council, the People's Committee, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, armed forces, and local authorities held a wreath-laying ceremony at the Provincial Martyrs' Cemetery.

The delegation of the Provincial Party Executive Committee was led by Comrade Cao Thi Hoa An, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council, together with Comrade Ta Anh Tuan, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and PPC Chairman; members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee; leaders of Party Committees; and former provincial leaders from various periods. The delegation’s wreath bore the inscription: "Forever Grateful to the Martyrs".

A delegation from the Provincial People's Council, PPC, and the Provincial Delegation of the National Assembly, led by comrade Ta Anh Tuan, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and PPC Chairman, paid tribute. Accompanying the delegation were comrade Le Thanh Dong, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; and comrade Le Tan Ho, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and PPC Standing Vice Chairman. The delegation’s wreath bore the inscription: “Forever grateful to the heroic martyrs”.

A delegation from the Provincial Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, led by comrade Tran Huu The, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, paid tribute. Accompanying the delegation were leaders of political and social organizations, as well as representatives of prominent citizens, intellectuals, and religious dignitaries. The delegation’s wreath bore the inscription: “The Fatherland honors the martyrs”.

A delegation from the provincial armed forces was led by Colonel Cao Van Muoi, Commander of the Provincial Military Command; Colonel Vo Duy Tuan, Deputy Director of the Provincial Police Department; and Colonel Truong Thien An, Political Commissar of the Provincial Border Guard Command. Accompanying the delegation were former leaders of the Provincial Military Command and officers and soldiers of the provincial armed forces. The delegation’s wreath bore the inscription: “The spirit of the martyrs is immortal”.

The wreath-laying ceremony and visit to the Provincial Martyrs' Cemetery on the morning of April 28 was also attended by delegations from the following localities: Tuy Hoa City, Dong Hoa Town, Tay Hoa District, Phu Hoa District, and the families of the martyrs.

In a solemn atmosphere, before the Monument to the Fallen Heroes, with boundless gratitude, the delegates bowed their heads in tribute to the heroic martyrs - brave sons and daughters who sacrificed their lives for the national liberation struggle, the reunification of the South, and the happiness of the people.

After the ceremony at the Provincial Martyrs' Cemetery, the delegations proceeded to offer incense at the Nhan Mountain Memorial, the Memorial Exhibition of Lawyer-President Nguyen Huu Tho, the Provincial Martyrs’ Temple, and the Monument to the General Offensive and Uprising of the Spring of 1968 (Ward 9, Tuy Hoa City).

On the morning of April 28, Comrade Cao Thi Hoa An, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, along with leaders of the provincial armed forces and Tuy An District, offered incense and planted commemorative trees at the Historical Site of the Establishment of the Phu Yen Provincial Armed Forces (Hoa Da Hamlet, An My Commune, Tuy An District).
