Comrade Cao Thi Hoa An, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairwoman of the Provincial People’s Council, recently visited and presented gifts to outstanding wounded and sick soldiers on the occasion of the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947-July 27, 2025).

Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Cao Thi Hoa An and the delegation visited and presented gifts to wounded soldier Nguyen Can (An Xuan Commune, Tuy An District), wounded soldier Nguyen Thi Nhon (Xuan Son Nam Commune, Dong Xuan District), and wounded soldier Trinh Thi Thu Ha (Xuan Son Bac Commune, Dong Xuan District).

Comrade Cao Thi Hoa An, on behalf of the Provincial Party Committee and the people of the province, expressed profound gratitude for the tremendous contributions of the wounded soldiers to the cause of national liberation and reunification.

Comrade Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee affirmed: The Party Committee, authorities, and people of Phu Yen always remember and are deeply grateful for the immense contributions of the Heroes of the People’s Armed Forces; they honor the sacrifices of the martyrs, wounded and sick soldiers, and Heroic Vietnamese Mothers who bravely endured hardships and shed blood in the struggle for national independence and freedom.

Providing an update on the progress of implementing the two-tier local government model, Comrade Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee stated that the merger of provincial- and commune-level administrative units aims to create a new development space and build a streamlined, modern administrative system capable of seizing opportunities in the new era. The official announcement ceremony of the resolutions and decisions on the merger of provincial and commune-level administrative units is scheduled to take place on June 30.

Emphasizing that there is still a long way to go, the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee hopes that war invalids and their families will continue to support historical decisions, accompany and contribute to the leaders of the province and localities to build the homeland of Đắk Lắk after the merger is increasingly developed.
