The 2024 Culinary Competition has just taken place with the theme "Ocean Tuna - The Essence of the Sea," featuring 8 teams representing restaurants and hotels across the province. Chef Bui Chi Hoang, Head of the Provincial Chef Association, said that the event showcased a variety of innovative and creative dishes. Even familiar dishes were given a fresh twist because unique ingredients and spices were skillfully combined to create distinctive and new flavors.
